The IMBQ-HP-200-HA is the high-precision variant of IMAGO's HP-200 tracking pedestal, configured with the optional 23-bit inductive encoder kit. This upgrade delivers 7-arcsecond encoder accuracy and 0.13-arcsecond resolution (0.000035°) — enabling 10-arcsecond overall pointing accuracy for the most demanding measurement applications.
In all other respects the HP-200-HA shares the same rugged aluminium chassis, 200 kg rated payload capacity, IP65 sealing, and 90°/s tracking dynamics as the standard IMBQ-HP-200. Optional INS integration is available for mobile or shipboard platforms. Payload derating of 50% applies when mounted on a moving platform.

Rugged Reliability
The IMBQ-HP-200-HA shares the same rugged construction as the standard HP-200. The pedestal is rated IP65, constructed from precision-machined aluminium with a white powder coat finish. No regular maintenance is required other than cleaning, and the system is designed for 20+ years of continuous field deployment.
The 23-bit inductive encoder kit used in the HP variant is rated IP67, ensuring long-term reliable measurement performance even in harsh outdoor conditions. Optional INS integration is available for shipboard or vehicle-mounted applications.
